The note assured Heard (pictured out of court today) that he has “many REAL people” cheering on her and her “health and happiness” during the ongoing London High Court trial.

The actress gave her third day of rehearsal today in Depp’s libel suit against The Sun News Group Newspapers.

Depp is suing NGN for an article in The Sun that has labeled him a “wife beater”. The publisher is defending the title as true, claiming that Depp was “controlling and verbally and physically offensive”.

The actress today denied cutting the tip of Depp’s finger and spreading a cigarette in the face during a violent discussion in Australia, claiming that the Hollywood star was pushing up to 30 bottles of alcohol as “grenades” while holding her hostage for three days.

Heard, who accuses the Caribbean pirate star of physical abuse on at least 14 occasions, was interrogated for a Down Under incident in March 2015.

Depp says that the tip of his finger was cut off during an argument when Heard, 34, threw a large bottle of vodka that hit his hand, but Ms. Heard replied today saying “I just threw things in escape Johnny while he beat me. ”

Describing the line, he said he took a bottle from Depp and broke it on the floor, causing a furious response from the actor.

Heard said most of the bottles had been thrown downstairs, before giving a long answer in which she said Mr. Depp had thrown “30 or more bottles” towards her “like grenades”.

He said he threw all the bottles at hand one, saying, “He collected them and started using them as grenades or bombs … throwing one after another in my direction.”

Depp’s attorney, Eleanor Laws, said Heard’s story was that the actor had cut his finger by breaking a phone against a wall and then continued to assault that it was a lie.

“No, it isn’t,” he replied. “I don’t think he intended to hurt his finger, but yes, he kept attacking me.”

The laws also accused Heard of putting out a cigarette on Depp’s cheek. ‘No, Johnny did it right in front of me. He often did such things, ‘he said.

The third day of Heard’s cross-examination by Depp’s attorneys began with Laws asking about the alleged incident in Australia in 2015, which Heard described as a “three-day hostage situation”.

Ms. Laws told the actress that “she let loose in anger, screaming at him” and threw a glass bottle, adding, “Why would you get angry on occasions.”

Heard said, “No, sometimes I got angry, but not in an anger that would have pushed me to throw something at him.”

Judge Nicol clarified his response by repeating that he sometimes got angry and Heard went on: “But not to the extent that I would have thrown something in an offensive way.”

Ms. Laws said, “I’m going to suggest that you threw a bottle over his head and that he broke the mirror behind him.”

The actress said most of the bottles were thrown downstairs. She He said to the court, “I wish to be clear, I broke a bottle but it was very early that evening, it was the second evening, if I remember correctly, and it was before Johnny started throwing the bottles at me.

‘We were debating whether he would drink … the liquor. When I faced him about it, he offered me the bottle … he said “here, take it”.

“He said,” Oh yes, do you want it? Here, take it “, and at that point drinking had already been … he had already given it up for a while and was on the list of” if this happens, I’ll leave “a kind of thing. It wasn’t a fly.

‘And he made a gesture to offer it to me and I reached out to take it and pulled it back. He was kidding me for taking him and he would have revoked him when I joined him (for this).

‘Then he did it again and I always thought that I had saved his life and I honestly thought I could short-circuit (a row for drinking).

“So I caught up with him a second time and broke it on the floor between Johnny and I. I’m sorry I did.”

Describing the alleged bottle attack, Ms. Heard said: ‘He started picking them up one by one and throwing them like grenades.

“One after the other, one after the other, in my direction, and I heard the glass break behind me, I retreated more to the bar and he didn’t stop.”

The case continues.
