Announcing Our Mentoring Programs – Glow Recipe


It’s no secret that the sweetness trade has a variety of work to do to diversify its workforce, ourselves included. Last 12 months we introduced that we might be launching a mentorship program to assist create extra alternatives for small Black-owned and POC-owned companies. 


We’ve been lucky to work with 6 completely different enterprise trying to develop within the magnificence and wellness area since we launched this program in 2020. Here’s what our newest spherical of mentees needed to say about their expertise.

How it really works:

Our Community Mentoring Initiative is our dedication to create a complete mentoring program to assist and associate with 3 POC-owned companies within the magnificence and wellness area. 

We will likely be supporting these companies for a interval of three months by means of direct entry to our co-founders Sarah and Christine, in addition to assist from our in-home advertising and marketing, inventive, enterprise growth & content material groups to assist with enterprise methods and supply assets.

To be thought-about for this system, companies have to be POC-owned and based, primarily based within the US, and have 4 full-time staff or much less.
