Why Is Good Health Important?

Cells are the fundamental units of all living organisms. They consist of a variety of chemicals. The cells move from one place to another. Even if the cell does not move, there is still a lot of repair inside. In addition to this, there are various specialized activities in our body, such as the heart pumps blood, the kidney filters urine, the brain constantly thinks, the lungs help to breathe.

In this way, there is a lot of interconnection between the various organs in our body. For all these activities, our body needs energy and raw material. Food is necessary for the functioning of cells and tissues. Therefore, if you are not well, all your bodily activities begin to be hindered.
