Donald Trump blamed the wave of the country in coronavirus cases Black Lives Matter protests sparked by the death of George Floyd.

The president suggested young people to demonstrate against police and brutality racism they are the cause of the increase in cases, which have been observed in around 30 states across the country in recent weeks.

‘There are probably a number of causes for the peak of infections. Cases began to grow among young Americans shortly after the demonstrations you know very well about, “Trump said during a coronavirus briefing on Wednesday.

“That allegedly triggered a wider relaxation of mitigation efforts nationwide and a substantial increase in travel.”

“Greater gathering on holidays like Memorial Day, as well as young people who gather closely in bars and probably in other places, perhaps beaches, four or five places listed … probably also contributed,” Trump went on to say earlier to keep saying the surge in cases were also caused by Mexico.

“Sharing a 2,000-mile border with Mexico, as we know very well, and unfortunately the cases are expanding in Mexico … It’s a big problem for Mexico.”

Wednesday’s press briefing saw the president blame the country’s “relaxation” on “mitigation efforts”, despite his own demands for democratic-led states to “RELEASE” themselves in April, which was widely seen as a call on cities to reopen and lighten measures to prevent the spread of the virus.

The president also failed to mention why New York City, which saw some of the country’s biggest protests following Floyd’s death in May, has flattened the curve since then as hospitalizations and deaths have plummeted amid protests in progress.

Trump went on to say he was comfortable with the reopening of schools and claimed that children do not spread the virus.

“I feel comfortable,” Trump replied when asked if he was comfortable opening schools for young children, including his son Barron and his grandchildren.

‘We have a national strategy … I would like to see schools open. We have excellent statistics on schools and young people, “he said.

‘They don’t transmit very easily. Many people say they don’t broadcast. They don’t take him home with them.

Meanwhile, teachers have reportedly written wills because they fear so much of going back to school during the ongoing outbreak, which infected more than four million and killed over 145,000.
