Nokia 3310 Reboot:
HMD Global launched the modified Nokia 3310 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Mobile World Congress started earlier this week in Barcelona, and surprisingly, one of the hottest new phones was the revival of the Nokia 3310.
Released in 2000, the original Nokia 3310 in the global sales of 1.26 million units, becoming one of the world’s best-selling mobile phone.
It gained the status of worship, thanks to its impressive battery life, durability and addictive game snakes.
Now, HMD Global is a Finnish company, with exclusive sales rights of the Nokia brand, has been released after the modified version of the classic mobile phone.
HMO Global chief product officer Juho Sarvikas said: “For the Nokia 3310, we can not resist.
“We want to reward loyalty to Nokia mobile phone fans and show rich heritage, innovation and modern design can go hand in hand.
But how is the new 3310 similar to the original? Here is everything you need to know.
The modified Nokia 3310 was unveiled at the HMD 2017 MWC press conference on Sunday, February 26th.
It does not yet know when HMD plans to start selling the device, but it says it will be available in the second quarter of 2017.
