Lately, I've been using a live wallpaper that keeps showing random ads, and when I go to the app in settings, I can't hit the uninstall button. Tell me how I can delete it.

If you are unable to uninstall a live wallpaper app that keeps showing random ads, you can try the following simple steps:
  1. Go to your phone's Settings app and select "Apps" or "Applications".
  2. Look for the live wallpaper app you want to delete and tap on it.
  3. Select "Force stop" to stop the app from running.
  4. Next, select "Storage" and then tap on "Clear cache" and "Clear data". This will remove any data or settings associated with the app.
  5. Go back to the app info screen and check if the "Uninstall" button is now available. If it is, tap on it to delete the app.
  6. If the "Uninstall" button is still not available, you can try restarting your phone in Safe Mode and then attempt to uninstall the app from there. To boot into Safe Mode, press and hold the power button, and then press and hold the "Power off" option until you see the "Reboot to safe mode" option appear. Select this option and wait for your device to reboot. Once in Safe Mode, try to uninstall the app again.
If these steps don't work, you may need to download and install a mobile security app that can detect and remove malicious apps. Examples of such apps include Malware bytes and Avast Mobile Security.

If you are unable to uninstall the live wallpaper app through the standard uninstall method in the app settings, you can try the following steps:
  1. Restart your Android device in safe mode. This will disable all third-party apps and allow you to uninstall the live wallpaper app without interference from other apps. To enter safe mode, press and hold the power button until the power options appear, then tap and hold the "Power off" option until the "Reboot to safe mode" option appears.
  2. Once in safe mode, go to your device's settings and find the "Apps" or "Application manager" option.
  3. Find the live wallpaper app that you want to uninstall and tap on it.
  4. Tap on the "Uninstall" button to remove the app from your device.
  5. If the "Uninstall" button is still disabled, try tapping on the "Force stop" button to stop the app from running, and then try to uninstall it again.
  6. If the app still cannot be uninstalled, you may need to use a third-party app uninstaller tool such as "App Manager" or "Easy Uninstaller" from the Google Play Store to force uninstall the app.
  7. After the app is successfully uninstalled, restart your device normally to exit safe mode.
These steps should help you to remove the live wallpaper app that is causing problems on your Android device.
